1. Acceptance
By installing the Sophia Chrome extension or using mysophia.tech, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, uninstall the extension and stop using the site.
2. Service description
Sophia compares luxury fashion prices across a curated list of retailers and provides AI-generated resale value estimates. Prices and estimates are informational; actual availability and cost depend on the retailer at checkout time.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Sophia earns a small affiliate commission when you purchase through some of our compared links. You pay the same price either way, and our comparison ranking is based on actual price — not commission rate.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer the extension or attempt to extract our comparison data in bulk.
- Do not use the API outside of the official extension.
- Do not spoof product data to poison the resale model.
5. Liability
Sophia provides price and resale estimates as best-effort information. We are not responsible for purchase decisions, retailer disputes, authenticity verification, or losses incurred from acting on displayed data. Always verify with the retailer before finalizing a purchase.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany (developer residence). Consumer protection rights available under your local law (UAE, Saudi Arabia, EU) are not affected.
